Sinopse
Max, um poderoso milionário, tenta eleger para Presidente da Câmara um ser deformado conhecido como Pinguim para, assim, poder manipular Gotham City, mas Bruce Wayne percebe as más intenções de Max. No caminho de Batman cruza-se também uma misteriosa mulher conhecida como Mulher-Gato, que tem ligações sinistras com Pinguim.
